by Nina" grew out of a very basic idea: It was too expensive to send
flowers to Russia!
Nina Rusinova is a Russian
woman
who has lived in St. Petersburg all of her life.
Working with her
partner Phil,
an American living in Russia, "Flowers By Nina" offers high
quality flower and gift
delivery
at prices far less than other service providers.
The procedure is quite
simple. Select the flowers you would like presented from the examples
here or you may configure
your own
arrangement.

When your initial
order is received
you will be emailed instructions as to how to make your
payment. At this
time we can accept
only personal checks or money orders in US dollars.
When your payment
is received
the delivery to your lady will be made. If you selected the
photo option, a high
quality digital
photo of your lady accepting your gift will be emailed to
you along with any
comments she
may have spoken. Even if you did not select the photo
option you will
still receive confirmation
via email that the delivery was completed.
We realize that
there is an element
of trust needed here. After all, we ask that you send
payment in advance.
But we take
a chance also accepting payments with personal checks.
